- What are the stages of selection?
We have a 4 stage selection system as detailed below:
Stage 1: Candidate Bio
The candidates need to fill a Google form wherein we want to get to know you more. We ask basic questions about yourself, your plans, interests, ambitions and why you want to join Comunev. This is also the place where you can submit your resume if you choose to. We consider this to be more of a matchmaking stage than selecting. Hence, we try to know you better as a human being and as a future team mate.
Stage 2: Logic & Reasoning
This stage is for testing your logical and reasoning abilities. Herein, we ask basic questions that’ll tickle your brain cells and make you think. In this stage, we test your ability to think logically and solve problems.
Stage 3: Task based Testing
This stage is to test the skills that are required for the position. The candidates are given a task that imitates the kind of work they’ll be doing after they join. This helps us know whether you have the skills to do the job you are joining to do.
Stage 4: Interview
This is the final stage wherein you’ll be interviewed by our team members. It is not a test but more like a discussion, hence we request interviewees to be frank and relaxed. Questions will be either about you or based on logic, problem-solving, ideas, your skills and the job profile. This is the final round where we try to clear all doubts that we or the candidate might have and see whether they connect well with the company culture.
